The hotel's attention to detail is exceptional, with beautifully decorated rooms and comfortable beds. The staff, especially the owner, Graziella, are friendly and helpful, making you feel at home. The location is ideal, situated between downtown and the beaches, and a short walk from the sea promenade. Getting to the V&A Waterfront is a breeze, taking only about 25 minutes.
None of the guest reviews mentioned any areas for improvement, so everything was great!

The noise of the fridge which could bother light sleepers. However, earplugs were provided to help with that.

the rooms were beautifully decorated with quirky African art, and the family suite was perfect for my needs. the breakfast was especially delicious, a great start to my day. From my location, it was easy to get to the V & A Waterfront in about 25 minutes on foot.
There was a bit of noise at night due to the fridge, but otherwise, the stay was wonderful.
